PORTVILLE, NY: Twenty years ago the Portville Community gathered around our family to support us in the most difficult time of our lives. We will never forget how honored we felt to see the Portville gymnasium overflowing with people who loved us. We would again be honored to have you join us as we celebrate Adam Clair Elliott (ACE) and the wonderful community we are proud to call home.
Net proceeds will be donated to the ACE Memorial Scholarship and Basketball Court Fund. Race Day Registration & Packet PickupOnline Registration (credit card) will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place at 500 Elm Street, Portville under the pavilion from 7am until 8:15am, July 25, 2026. Register by July 1st to guarantee your ACE race shirt. A SMALL quantity of extra shirts will be ordered and distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis on race morning until they are gone.5K Registration Fee ................... $25 (+3.50 credit card fee)

START/FINISH
The Start/Finish line will be on the black top road next to the elementary parking lot/pavilion. Please arrive at the line by 7:55 for the Little ACE Race and by 8:20 for the 5K. Water Station and bathroom will be available in Pioneer Park around mile 2. The proposed 5K course (subject to change) is a single loop counter-clockwise route and can be found below.
KIDS RUNThe "Little ACE Race" will start at 8am. Please have kids registered by 7:45 for the race.
Kids 10 & under will run (.15miles) starting at the 5K start/finish line. This will be an out and back race untimed. All Little ACE Racers will receive a medallion when crossing the finish line. Parents are encouraged to help kids under 5. Registration for this event does NOT include a t-shirt, but please email jsandrof@gmail.com prior to July 1st if you would like to purchase a kids t-shirt for $15.00.
5K
Participants will run, stroll, or walk through the village of Portville. Along the route, signs will be displayed to reflect the purpose of the race—honoring Adam’s life while encouraging participants to remember, honor, and pray for their community, country, and families.
All ages are welcome to register for this race, however it is recommended that anyone under the age of 13 run with an adult. Strollers are FREE for this event. The roads are OPEN to traffic. There will be volunteers assisting at the intersections, but always proceed with caution. Registration for this event includes a free ACE Race tshirt for those who register by July 1st.
VIRTUAL RACE
The Virtual Race option is designed for participants who wish to be part of this event, but are unable to attend in person. Participants may complete their race during the official event time or at a time that is most convenient for them.
Virtual race registration will be open until July 1st and includes mailing of the t-shirt in the continental USA. Shirts can be shipped to participants outside the area or picked up locally.
T-shirts will be available prior to the event date for those who wish to wear them while completing their race.
PARKINGParking will be available in the elementary parking lot on Elm Street next to the playground and pavilion. Access to Elm Street from School Street will be closed at 8:15. Please access the parking lot by way of Main Street to Elm Street after 8:15.
Post Race Celebration
5K awards and snacks for all runners will be distributed after the race @ the pavilion.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDSAwards will be presented to the top 3 overall male and female 5K finishers and top finishers in each age group. In addition, custom finisher certificates showing race stats and age group rank can be downloaded and printed after the race via the RESULTS button at the top of this page. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
